CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program defined as “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains”.
At Crossfit Tsujido,We offer orignally created programs depending on your fitness level and goal so that anybody can join our class.We set a mood for classes and provide a good environment where you can enjoy yourself with members.We support to create a community of members through classes and to make CrossFit an important part of your life.
CrossFit composes of three major modalities: metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting
・Metabolic conditioning, often reffered to “cardio”, the aerobic exrecises such as running,biking and rowing
・Gymnatics: bodyweigth movements for instance pull up, push up and handstand.
・Weightlifting: Clean and Jerk, and Snatch and weigth lifting: Kettlebell or dumbbell exrcises
CrossFit incoporates these modalities into an intense, effective and constantly varied workout to improve a person’s overall fitness.
The best thing about participating in CrossFit is also the support that you receive from a community. Every workout can be adjusted to a person’s ability, thereby everyone can participate in some way. CrossFit is not just a sport but a community and way of living!

All the coaches at CrossFit Tsujido, who have different experiences of sports, have learned CrossFit can contribute to the performance improvement of all athletes through their own experiences.We believe that CrossFit is not only for athletes but also for everyone who wishes to increase their athletic capacity or achieve an ideal body regardless of generation, gender, or disability.We create a community where such people gather and support your physical and mental health.
The development of neurosystem in the early years of life especially between 3 and 12 years old is remarkable, therefore, this childhood is a tremendously important period to enhance 10 general physical skills: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, & Accuracy.
We provide a training program in CrossFit kids class focusing mainly on a better neurosystem development through a variety of movements from weightlifting, gymnastics and matabolic coditioning. The program is also designed to help kids being less prone to obesity and injuries.
Crossfit kids also provides a great opportunity to learn the joy of fitness as well as being part of a community! *CrossFit Tsujido is for ages 5-9.
